Jamma IT Recruitment Ltd is an independent
company, entirely owned by its partners, who are full time employees
and work internally within
the company on a day-to-day basis, and is in no way dependent on
any
economic, financial or industrial group. We are governed by a strict
code of professional ethics:
1. We will accept only those assignments that we
are qualified to
1. undertake.
2. We will, for each assignment undertaken require
in writing a full
1. job-specification criteria from "the client organisation" and
we will not
1. recruit, or cause to be recruited, any person from the
defined client
1. organisation, unless the firm and the client agree
in writing to
an
1. exception.
3. We will always disclose any limitations arising through service
to other
1. clients that may affect the scope of an assignment.
4. We regard all information concerning the business affairs of our
clients
1. and candidates as totally confidential.
5. We only undertake assignments that are awarded on an exclusive
1. basis irrespective if the assignment is Contingency, Database Search,
1. Advertised Search, Executive Search & Selection
or Pure Search.
6. We conduct our business activities with integrity and avoid conduct
that
1. is deceptive or misleading.

We strive to be accurate in all communications with clients and
1. candidates.
8. We actively support the principles of equal opportunity in employment.
