Looking for a Permanent Role?

Jamma IT Recruitment Ltd offers a permanent recruitment service that is dramatically different from the traditional executive search and selection process. At the heart of our service is our talent bank of numerous different categories within the Information Technology arena. This includes experienced managers, directors, executives, sales executives, programmers and other numerous disciplines selected from over thousands applicants.

These individuals represent a diverse and highly experienced resource for companies facing a need for talent. Normally our clients opt for either our Fast-Track service - which draws on those members of our talent bank of freelance executives who are seeking the right permanent role, and which may involve an initial period structured as a contract and paid at a day rate - or one of our more traditional advertising and selection packages.

To be considered for one of these services, send us your résumé. Please outline recent assignments, identify your target day rate and your main functional discipline. Use our candidate registration form to send your résumé as a Word document (not a PDF and not exceeding 300KB) and tell us some key facts about yourself and the type of work you are seeking. If you have previously registered and want to update your details, please use our candidate update form.

As part of our quality control procedures, we endeavour to make contact with all relevant candidates within 72 hours however with the volume of candidate résumé's that we receive monthly this makes individualised responses practically impossible and impractical. It also means that in some cases, it may be a longer length of time before your résumé is reviewed by a senior member of the company unless it’s for a specific assignment.

As we receive briefs for permanent roles from our clients, we will contact you either by e-mail or by phone so it’s important to make sure that we have all the correct contact details and phone numbers on our files at all times. If a role is of interest, respond by e-mail or phone quoting the job reference number and attaching your latest résumé and a relevant summary of experience. This summary highlights and gives more detail of those accomplishments on your résumé that are of direct relevance to the client’s situation. It is your best opportunity to market your skills to us and our clients.

Please be aware, we do not re-write résumé's or change any form of layout within your résumé, so it is extremely important to make sure that you are one hundred percent happy with the information and layout of your details and are comfortable that the information supplied is written and presented strongly enough to grab the clients interest.

We conduct face-to-face interviews only in the context of an actual role. If you are chosen for interview, you will meet with the Jamma IT senior consultant who is delivering the position on behalf of the client to discuss the role in more detailed depth.

A number of factors determine whether we are the right agency to be of most help to you. For our permanent positions, our clients are typically looking for 3 -15+ years of experience in most positions with a strong track-record in your specialised discipline, we expect candidates to have a demonstrated salary history of £25,000 pa at a minimum.
