candidates who operate as independent interim managers, project
managers or change management professionals.
Selected from over 30,000 applicants, these individuals represent
a diverse and highly experienced resource for companies facing a need
for talent. Our candidates are hands-on practitioners – not just consultants – whose
corporate and independent careers show a strong track record of delivering
results.
We also operate an advertising and selection service. Where necessary, mainly
for permanent roles, we will also place confidential advertisements on selected
job boards, or network through industry contacts, use other relevant search methods
where the role requires particularly specialist or scarce skills.
Jamma IT Recruitment Ltd uses this website and other technology
to expedite and magnify our client and candidate communications,
and to attract top-calibre candidates
and client opportunities. But we’re not a job board – behind our
online presence is a full-service, personalised recruitment operation. Our service
includes the development of a detailed brief of each client’s requirements
for a role, communication of that brief to the right candidates, assessment of
respondents, face-to-face interviewing, reference checking and résumé validation – all
culminating in the presentation of a short list of two to four of the best candidates
for the client’s consideration and subsequent interview.
Our process works extremely fast. Following our receipt of a brief,
we can deliver, within days, a short-list for the client to interview.
This means a candidate
can be on site and working in the space of one or two weeks. We're
so confident of our candidates' ability to accomplish what's required,
that we offer results-based fees on our interim, change and project management
services, which tie part of the candidate’s compensation (and ours)
to the successful achievement of project objectives. Permanent recruitment
can work equally fast, particularly when the client chooses a candidate
from our network of independent professionals. If the chosen candidate
is in employment, obviously the time is lengthened by the serving of
any notice or transition period.
